How do I know the webcast will work?

A: Watch the test video on our homepage here. If you are able to watch the video, then your computer meets the minimum requirements to watch the webcast.  If you have any issues watching the video, please visit our support page here.  Unfortunately, if you have dial-up internet, the webcast will only be available through audio.

Can I watch the webcast using my wireless LAN at home?

A: Please check the test video on the homepage.  However, we strongly recommend using a wired connection rather than using wireless connection. Wireless internet can cause additional buffering and other interruptions to your stream.

I can’t see any video or hear any audio; video is cutting in and out; the picture is freezing or skipping.

A: #1 Check your internet connection.  If you are using wireless internet, try switching to a wired internet connection; to do so, plug a network cable into the back of the wireless hub, and then to the computer.

A: #2 If you are on a wired connection and still having trouble, try a different internet browser like Firefox or Google Chrome.

A: #3 Make sure you have the latest version of Flash installed on your computer. Get the latest Flash player here.

A: #4 If you have tried all of the above, email technical support at support@sweetadswebcast.com

Can I watch the webcast on my iPhone, iPad, or iPod?

A: Yes, the webcast is available on iOS devices.

Will Android phones and tablets work with the webcast?

A: Most Android devices are able to display the webcast. If you cannot watch the webcast, you may need to download a web browser that supports Flash Player. FlashFox and Dolphin Browser are two browsers available in the Google Play Store that have worked correctly.

Will the webcast work on my Wii, Playstation, Xbox, WebTV, etc…?

A: Please try to watch the test video on your preferred device. Unfortunately, some devices are not properly configured to play the webcast. If you cannot get the test video to work, we recommend using a computer with a wired internet connection.
